Welcome to Pranzol’s Return and Refund Policy Page. any return or refund so that your request meets Pranzol’s requirements. Before asking for a return or refund, please read carefully to make sure your request meets Pranzol's requirements. 


Conditions for Returns

Pranzol.com has the right to turn down any requests for a refund if the item being sent back doesn't meet the conditions below.


  1. The item must be undamaged, if we find damaged products then it will not be considered for return.

  2.  Products should be unused, and flawless. If you used the products and now you are not like this so you want to return them then the request will be invalid.

  3. Items must be unwashed. Especially for fashion items like clothing.


  1. The item must come with all of its original tags, instructions, warranty cards, gifts, receipts, and accessories.


  1. The item must be returned in the manufacturer's original, unused packing or box. If a Pranzol box or packaging was used to transport the item, the box or packaging needs to be returned. Avoid sticking tape or stickers directly on the packing or box from the manufacturer.



NOTES: 

  1. It's very important to put your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any problems or delays.

  2. Please take the Pranzol Return Acknowledgment document and have it on hand while giving your box to the drop-off station or pickup agent so that you can refer to it later.


  1. The item will be returned to you within 7 to 15 days if your return request is denied. 

  2. After three (3) failed attempts to deliver the item, it will be thrown away and there will be no refund.





Returns Policy


Reasons to return a product

  1. The delivered item is flawed or damaged.

  2. If the item is physically damaged or broken.

  3. The delivered item is not complete (i.e., it lacks certain components or attachments).

  4. The item that was sent is inaccurate (e.g., the wrong model, size, or color, a fake, or outdated).

  5. The date expired products.

  6. The product that was delivered did not match the product's description or picture (i.e product was not as advertised).

  7. The product as delivered does not fit. (i.e., size is inappropriate).


Use the Pranzol app or website to make a return request if your product is broken, faulty, wrong, or missing when it arrives.

  1. Fashion Products:



Clothing, Sunglasses, Shoes, Accessories, and Apparel


Returns and refunds are accepted for changes


If the item you get is wrong, broken, or missing parts, you will get your money back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have their tags on. Any used items will be rejected and sent back to the consumers.


Bags, Eyewear, Jewelry, and Watches.



If the item the customer gets is wrong, broken, or missing parts, they will get their money back. Items must be new, unwashed, undamaged, and with all of their original tags attached. Used goods will be refused and returned to customers.


The right to change your mind does not apply to returns and refunds.



The following products cannot be returned:


Underwear

Swimwear

Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes

Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs, and combs.




N.B.: All custom-made products and jewelry are excluded from returns (gold, diamonds, gems, etc.).



  1. Beauty & Health


Cosmetics, perfume, moisturizers, creams, scrubs, oils, bath and body items, personal care and well-being, shapewear, and food supplements.


Pranzol has decided that a refund will be given if the item is broken, wrong, or missing when it arrives. All types of beauty services will be excluded.


For returns and refunds, a change of mind is not permitted.



  1. Phones and Tablets:


Phones, Tablets, Earphones & Headsets


A refund will be given if your item was wrong, damaged, or unfinished when it was delivered.


If a phone is dead when it is delivered, you can raise a return request with Pranzol directly (i.e., it does not switch on completely). If the mobile phone has already been activated, please get the manufacturer's warranty details directly from the vendor or brand warranty provider.


For returns and refunds, a change of mind is not permitted.


Batteries & Chargers, Mobile & Tablet Accessories


If Pranzol finds that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or broken, they will give you a refund.



4. Computing & Gaming:




Laptops, Certified Refurbished Laptops, and Desktop Computers


Change of mind does not qualify for a return or refund. If the customer received damaged, defective, or broken laptops or computers, a refund will be issued based on Pranzol's assessment.


Note: Pranzol will only take back laptops with brand warranties if they are dead when they are sent back to them (i.e., they won't turn on at all). Please get in touch with the seller or brand warranty provider directly for details on the manufacturer's warranty if the brand seal has been broken or opened.


Components, Processors, Projectors, Storage, Printers, Scanners, Headphones, Speakers, Gaming Consoles & Accessories, Software CDs, Consoles & PC/Video Games, Gaming Consoles & Accessories.


For any faulty products in the above-mentioned categories, Pranzol will give you a refund.


Note: Please contact the brand warranty provider directly if you need information about the manufacturer's warranty for software-related technical problems or installation problems.



5. TVs, Audios & Cameras:


TVs, earbuds, speakers, cameras, drones, lenses, flashes, and filters Accessories include microphones, video glasses, remote controls, musical instruments, audio & entertainment gear, portable players, and other items.


The right to change your mind does not apply to returns and refunds.


Based on Pranzol’s evaluation, a refund will be given if the item received is flawed, inaccurate, damaged, or incomplete.


Note: Please confirm whether the item is protected under Seller or Brand Warranty before using the product or after the return period has passed. For details on the various warranties offered and how to get in touch with the manufacturer or seller, please refer to our Warranty Policy.


Movies, TV shows, and music vouchers and services are among the goods that cannot be returned.




6. Appliances:


You will receive a refund if your purchase was wrong, damaged, or incomplete when it was delivered. But if you are not interested in the product and want to return it, then it will not be applicable.


7. Home & Living:


Furniture & Lighting, Kitchen & Dining, Home Improvements, Household & Home Storage Supplies, Lawn & Garden, Other Accessories, Bedding & Bath, Furniture & Lighting, Home Decor, and Home Improvements are included in Pranzol's Home and Living category.


The right to change your mind does not apply to returns and refunds.


Based on Pranzol's evaluation, a refund will be given if the item received is flawed, inaccurate, damaged, or incomplete.

Non-returnable items include any customized orders/products.


8. Sports & Travel:


Sports watches, bags, and luggage, dance & gymnastics, team & racket sports, exercise & fitness, sports nutrition & supplements, outdoor equipment, fitness & other sports equipment.


Pranzol has decided that a refund will be given if the item is broken, wrong, or missing when it arrives.


Clothing, Apparel, Shoes & Sunglasses


Returns will be accepted only if you received damaged or incorrect products.


9. Baby, Toys, and Kids:


Toys & Games, Baby Care & Hygiene, Baby Gear, Diapers & Potties, Feeding & Nursing

Sunglasses, shoes, clothing, apparel, and accessories


If what you bought was wrong, broken, or missing when it was delivered, you will get your money back. But if you are not interested in the product and want to return it, then it will not be applicable.


For this category, returns will be accepted only if you received damaged or incorrect products.




10. Grocer's Shop:


Packaged foods, party supplies, snacks, meat and seafood, fruits and vegetables, beverages, baking and cooking, cigars and cigarettes, and dairy.




11. Digital Goods:



Thank you for purchasing our digital goods. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.


In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refunds and returns policy:


Digital goods are non-tangible and cannot be returned. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital goods.

12. Books & Stationery

If the stationery is returned after 14 days or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a partial refund.


Books: Books may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as they are in their original condition and have not been damaged or marked in any way. If the book is returned after 14 days or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or give a partial refund.


Stationery: Stationery may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.

Medical and industrial equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. If the equipment is returned after 30 days or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a partial refund.
